Still in the youngest of those romantic years,
time to be spent among friends,
to shower everything with love,
I do feel sad, sad that i have lost,
My childhood, years of innocence,
of liberty and achieved nothing valuable,
to remind me of those young years,
I do hope I shall do something,
to remember my years at college.

Poems during my college days

More from college days.

Slowly the darkness increased,
taking with it beauty of the daylight,
which guided our way through
the masses of untrodden paths,
presenting with far lovely a sight,
everything basked in milk,
the silvery whiteness spreading itself,
on those still forms of the night,
showering them with an unknown beauty,
that cannost exist under the sun,
that creates a wonder,
of the perfection never lost,
never to miss, never to cheat,
of the divine architect.
More from poems wrote during my college days. (I know they sound stupid)

As teh night fell,
the moon rising,
scattering its charm and glory,
among the darkness of the world.

A sight so charming and pretty,
never met my eyes,
the pale golden moon,
in the dark black sky.

I see it from my garden,
lying among tall trees,
slowly swaying their leaves,
in the gentle breeze.

I feel carried away,
to the world of peace and silence,
thoughts wandering in the beauty,
never to see again,
slowly i dozed off to the lullaby of the wind.

On Bhuj Earthquake (Jan 26th, 2001)

Wrote this poem on Feb 17th,2001

God, is it true,
that you made the sun, stars, moon and earth,
that you gave life, flesh to us,
then it must be true,
that you shook the earth we stood upon,
to destroy your creation,
things lovely and full of toil and sweat,
how could you, oh! God,
kill those thousands of your children,
who suffered under your guidance,
don't you have a heart?
to not have felt for those thousands.

From my college days

Entice me with those eyes,
love, nectar to feed,
emotions swaying high,
let not the moment be lost,
nor end, just entice me.

Poems from my college days -- Published at last

Publishing poems wrote during my college days.

Just like a golden moon,
on the dark silent night,
enchanting to the eyes,
so was her beauty.

A joy to my eyes,
a beauty to praise and worship,
to admire were those eyes,
clear petals of lotus.

Sweet glimpses sent me into a trance,
heart fluttering with one sweet look,
golden hair swaying in the breeze,
strands covering her face and my heart.

Calm and peaceful was the face,
never have seen another,
so charming and breathtaking,
to go with a lovely smile.

Ripples forming with her smile,
dimple in her cheek,
twinkle in her eyes
oh! how can i ever forget her.

just an expression...

Fellow men of the voyage,
shipwrecked and those still sailing,
hear me out! I'm the light.
Reach out to me, with hearts and souls,
help yourselves but with sancity,
of mind and love I understand,
they need help.
Ambition and ego need no cleansing,
pure is the pride of man in himself,
nothing to contradict, none to please.
Master of himself, He doesn't seek,
world sways before him, though,
bickering behind, meek shadows.
I, the light am with him,
seeking out respectfully.
